CWPM was engaged for the planning and delivery of a new or refurbished Cowra Health Service in early 2021.
The Master Planning phase currently in progress will identify the best value for money solution to deliver clinical and non-clinical infrastructure to expand, enhance and optimise the current Cowra Health Service within the allocated budget.
The Master Planning phase involves significant stakeholder engagement including local Indigenous groups and the general Cowra community. Of particular focus is the management of stakeholder expectations within the available budget through close collaboration with Communications teams from both Health Infrastructure and the Western NSW Local Health District.
CWPM will manage the planning and design consultants through the planning phase to develop the design for tender as a GC21 Design & Construct project, and then manage the successful Contractor throughout the Construction, Commissioning, and Handover phases and then manage the Post-Completion period.
