Chris has been a prominent figure in the construction industry for the past thirty years having worked for some of the largest builders, including Thiess, and for the past fifteen years as a leading project manager.
Chris has been instrumental in the delivery of many major projects including Westmead Hospital, Nepean Hospital, Westmead Institute for Medical Research, and numerous projects in the aged care and community infrastructure sector.
As a qualified builder (holding a degree in applied sciences (building)), and as a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management, Chris brings a first-hand understanding of the complexities of designing, building and successfully delivering major infrastructure projects.
Managing Director
David is a highly skilled Project Director with more than thirty-five years’ experience in Social Infrastructure, ICT and Consulting Engineering in the private and public sectors.
He has a demonstrated ability as a technical professional with exceptional leadership, project management, communication and mentoring skills.
David is a considered and pragmatic leader who can motivate and guide stakeholders to achieve viable outcomes. With proven and comprehensive experience in planning and directing multiple complex projects through the implementation lifecycle, he consistently delivers on time and within budget.
Project Director
Jose is an established senior project manager with over 18 years project experience and over 9 years of experience in Client-Side Project Management. He has, over his career, successfully managed all phases in the project lifecycle including feasibility, project briefing, design, construction, and commissioning of major complex projects.
Jose has a history of successfully delivering a wide range of projects including new buildings on greenfield and brownfield sites, extensions and refurbishment of projects within live working environments, requiring complex staging & decanting programs.
Project Director
Daniel holds an (Mechanical) Engineering degree which has enabled him to manage the design and development of complex project solutions such as co-generation systems.
Since transitioning to project administration for Cockram, Daniel has advanced as a major projects manager. Moving to CWPM Daniel has managed multiple social and community infrastructure projects leading to his appointment as Program Manager for the Health Infrastructure-based RAIR program which is successfully delivering 24 projects across NSW worth more than $120m.
Project Director
Arun holds a Degree in Construction Engineering Management, with more than 16 years industry experience.
Arun is a Strategic senior leader with over 15 years’ experience delivering complex high profile, critical public and private infrastructure bringing significant project lifecycle experience that require working closely with contractors, consultants and stakeholders whilst ensuring that decisions are informed by expert analysis and advice.
Arun is adept at managing multidisciplinary high performing teams, productive collaborative leader with the ability to influence and provide oversight of all activities of major contracts, ensuring that issues impacting Clients, are managed appropriately.
Project Director
Simon is a facilities and asset management expert with 20 years experience in planning and delivering social infrastructure projects.
He brings a whole of lifecycle approach to operational design, facility and operational commissioning, ensuring the facilities we build, and those occupying them, are ready for use and fit for purpose from day one.
He has developed facility solutions across Australia including several PPP projects and has lectured at RMIT on facility planning. This experience led to him being appointed to establish an asset management framework for NSW Health.
